The Supervisor – Supply Chain Operations and Logistics has direct oversite over the in-patient staff. Operationally leads a team/shift. Ensures team is onsite on-time & executes all responsible tasks. Delegates all duties to staff and hold the team accountable for their performance. Ensures all inventory activities (receipts, issues and other transactions) are processed in a timely manner. Provides operational support to leadership in the form of tactical activities initiatives. Responsible for resources all holidays, vacation & call offs either with staff or taking the shift directly.
The primary focus for this position is the support and maintenance of the Inventory Manangement and Receiving / Delivery systems with a secondary focus on the Infor-Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System and other supply chain ancillary systems as needed. This individual serves as a business operations point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with: • Ensuring data integrity• Testing of upgrades, enhancements, and system changes• Implementation support• Data uploads• Queries / extractions• Analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunitiesAs part of the Senior Analyst role it is expected that they will participate and contribute in high level project coordination, strategic guidance, and mentorship to ensure that defined system processes for their responsible area are approached with a long term sustainable mindset.

Performs the daily equipment services work activities which include cleaning, inventory management, and distribution of medical equipment, beds, toys, supplies, etc to various inpatient care and emergency department areas. Because of the high visibility, customer service and sanitzation is critical to meet the customers� requirements and maintain proper infectious control standards within the hosptial. It is imperative that the employee is personally accountable and can work in self-managed teams by adhering to the hospital and departmental policies. Finally, this position is expected to be capable of utilizing the various technology applications/software, provide first-step resolution to open issues, elevate opportunities for improvement to a supervisor, work within a team environment, and have excellent communication skills.

Operationally leads a team/shift/process to provide positive patient outcomes as it relates to having equipment in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity and cleaned per the standards. Delegates duties to staff and holds the team accountable for their performance. Ensures all procedures are followed for answering service requests, cleaning equipments, moving between floors for accessibility, and performing ad-oc duties as assigned/requested. Provides operational support to leadership in the form of tactical activities and near-term shift/department initiatives. Accounts for the clean audits, maintains Joint Commision standards, assists in rounds, provides first-repsonse to customer service issues and escalates in a timely fashion. Coordinates scheduling and activities of the patient service support associates.
