Provides administrative clerical support to the VP of Program Development and his/her departments and their respective staff.
Assists the VP of Program Development by performing a variety of complex duties requiring excellent organizational and administrative skills, outstanding office management and computer skills, and a wide range of public contact with outside healthcare leaders, hospital-based and community-based physicians, payers, other institutions, and Hospital personnel. Performs advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative support duties requiring relationship-building skills, broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices. Major responsibilities include preparation of correspondence, memoranda, reports, etc.; initiation of routine and some non-routine correspondence and memoranda; report analyses and preparation; complicated scheduling and maintenance of calendar of appointments and meetings. Must be capable of exercising good judgment when dealing with confidential matters.
