Supports information management needs of various client departments or workflows across the organization through project coordination, applications implementation, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance or enhancements. Manages small and medium sized projects as well as mentors less experience staff. Provides guidance for assigned applications.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Epic applications: Grand Central, Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, Eligibility (RTE), Welcome, MyChart, and Security. Provides leadership including the identification and implementation of best practice standards. Provides significant functional, technical, and operational knowledge of multiple applications and recognized as a subject matter expert. Manages customer relationships and follows issues through to closure. Reviews projects, analyzes business requirements, recommends system changes, and writes specifications and implements system and system changes to address changing application and end user requirements. This includes the ability to perform project management responsibilities for one or more assignments. Includes 4 years or more in Epic application related support/management responsibilities.
