Join us for an introduction to our Respiratory Department and to meet with members of our team and leadership.  We will have an in-person and virtual options available.  Same day interviews and feedback along with new increased compensation plan.


We have openings for full-time and part-time roles on both days and on nights.  We also have a sign-on bonus of $10,000 for Respiratory Therapists with more than 1 year of professional experience.

  1. Graduate of a CoARC accredited associates degree program in respiratory care. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Respiratory Care or a biological science preferred.
  2. Current licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Illinois.
  3. Active RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist) from the National Board for Respiratory Care. New graduates (within the last year) may obtain the RRT within 3 months of hire. 
  4. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification required. PALS, NRP and ACLS upon hire.
  5. Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, demonstrates adaptability. Must possess the skills and judgement necessary to implement medical plan of care, clinical interventions and procedures as needed for the patient. 
  6. Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, physicians and hospital staff.
  7. Preferred: Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (NPS) credential by the NBRC.  Previous neonatal and pediatric critical care experience.
